Cystitis is the term that most doctors that really the same thing. The treatment is prescribed antibiotics.

There is a subtle difference. Bladder pain when urinating. An infection can begin on the water, between the kidneys and bladder, but not the kidneys. Kidney infection is a different story all together! Infection of the water you could be fever, confusion and a general feeling of color, but cystitis is painful!

You can describe a urinary tract infection from a bladder infection. Both need care to get a script for antibiotics and no other symptoms. Good luck!
